Wow! What a response!  Thank you all so much for your help.  I was just hoping to find a decent bike at a good price for Jeff but I've received numerous generous offerd to help. 
We've got two bikes donated by Lisa Atkinson and Alex Price(54cm).  Several other bikes were offered (Mountain, electric, etc..) Several have offered parts and a few have offered to contribute money if we set up a fund at a local bike shop.
Doug, the owner of The Bike Route said he'd be happy to collect any funds for Jeff and is also willing to help out with our endeavor. Doug's number is 386-462-5250. 

Jeff indicated that he would like a road bike so we're heading that direction.  On Sun. or Mon. we'll get him on the two donated bikes and see what fits him best.
Again, Thank you all so much for your generosity.  I think this will mean a lot ot this young man as he work to recover from his wounds.
