Hi Vegetarian / Vegan friends,

I have an idea relating to healthy food choices I would like to propose to the board of GCC. Before I do that, I would like to run it past the vegans and vegetarians in the GCC. Several of you I know already, but there may be other folks I've yet to meet. Please drop me an email if you are vegetarian or vegan, or aspiring in that direction, and interested in participating in the discussion.
