I just received a call from Officer Horns with GPD @ 5:25 pm . I told him exactly what happened and he stated that unless the person had run up behind me and harassed me in front of a police officer, that there would be nothing they could do, it would not have mattered if I had a tag number or not. So be forewarned................................

 To all,

I was riding north on 43rd St,  around 3:10 pm, just south of the Blues Creek entrance, when I heard a loud vehicle approaching from behind. I looked in my mirror and saw a green pick-up in the bike lane behind me. I was doing 15, so he was doing over 35,When he got within 15 ft of me accelerated, swerved around me, and back into the bike lane again for another 50 or so feet. I did not get a tag number, but it was a dirty, forest green, Ford pick-up with oversize tires, dark tint on the windows and a loud exhaust.

When I got back to the house, I phoned ASO to make a report, gave dispatch all the details. They said that since it was near Blues Creek. They would have a GPD officer call me..... I'm still waiting..... Just FYI
