Volunteer Status

Many thanks to all of our members who have stepped up and volunteered to help at this year’s Festival.  We still have some critical openings:

We are short FOUR SAG drivers for the Horse Farm Hundred; we cannot do a good job of covering the course with this many shortages.

We’re also short two SAG drivers for the Santa Fe Century.

There is currently no pace car for the Horse Farm.

Our AID stop manning is in good shape, but we do need one more person Saturday at Watermelon Park, and one more at Flemington on Sunday.

And finally, we need someone to help us eat dinner on this upcoming Sunday (I can’t believe no one has signed up for this one!).

Preregistration Deadline Approaching!

The t-shirts have been ordered!  You’ll still be able to order a short sleeve shirt when you register, but there will be no more presales of ladies, shooter, or long sleeve shirts, or size XXL.  We will have a few Santa Fe ladies shirts (the pink ones) for sale at the event; come to the Stable Party on Friday if you want to try for one of those.

The ride price increases by $5 per ride on Sunday; get your application in now!

Mail in registrations can be postmarked as late as this upcoming Saturday.  After that, you’ll need to hand deliver by Wednesday, do PayPal by Wednesday, or day of ride.

If you plan on doing day of ride, don’t forget to fill out and print a registration form online before coming to the rides.  This will save you $15 PER RIDE.  We’re only set up to do one form online without throwing a wrench into the works.  We’ll have a special “Add A Ride” form for persons who registered for one ride, and want to do the other one, that will give you the $25 club member price ($30 for non-members).

HAND PRINTED DAY OF RIDE ENTRIES ARE $40 FOR EVERYONE.
