Greetings one and all,

There is another super fun Active Streets Gainesville event coming up on Sunday 18 October 2015! The GCC will have a booth for information, and we are making plans for a bike valet service for people who come by bike. As before, we are also planning a street chalk activity for kids.

I'm therefore writing to see if GCC'ers, especially commuters, can come out and help manage the booth. There are a couple of us committed, but it would be very helpful if we had a few more people step forward. This is a great opportunity for the GCC to play a part in Active Streets, which has a large participating public and grows with every event.

Active Streets will run from 11 AM to 3 PM, but you don't need to stay the whole time. If people can come for setup (10-11) or closeup (1-2) that would also be great.
