Marcy 10.0 Power Rack.  The best I can do for picture and price comparrison is the link below.  I bought this about 5 yrs ago and use it about a dozen times.  It is easily a 10 out of 10.  I will include a rubber floor mat for the gym set to sit on.  From British pound to US dollar conversion, this gym is over $700.  I will also include a straight bar for bench press.  $350. obo.

ps If you happen to be looking for a new race bike.  I have a 56cm Time Edge full carbon with full Dura Ace 7800.  $3000.

RE: GCCMail: new traiing series

It’s getting a little picky and I should have found it anyway.  Herb said go to the Events section of the web site.  On the member’s page there is an Events section on the left and a Club Events section in the middle which is where his article is listed.

FYI: Myself and several others took the original training class from Herb and I picked up a lot of good tips and information.  We worked mainly on riding form and proper exercises to build the muscles most needed for cycling.  If you are interested in getting more information or signing up you can contact Coach K. .

Thanks… Bob

Club,

The Coach K Training is listed under "Events" not "Articles" on the club web site.  Coach said it was under articles in a prior email.

GCCMail: Two general questions to all...

GCCMail: Two general questions to all...

I'm still fairly new to the area and am trying out as many different places to run/ride and have some questions.

1) Is trail running allowed at The Rock?  If so, is there a separate trial for running other than the bike trail?

2) Looking for someone or some peeps to ride longer rides on Friday.  I have been doing rides myself (40-70 mi) and it's getting boring.  :)  Just wondering if anyone in the Tioga/Jonesville/Haile area would be interested in longer rides on Fridays.  I have every other Friday off but usually only work half day the "on" Friday.  With roll out times I can be flexible but would want to be home by 3-3:30 pm.  Distance is flexible too but would like to start going longer esp with another person or peeps.  I tend to average around 19.5-20mph.

If interested or know about running at The Rock, please reply to me and let me know.

Thanks a bunch!!
Scott
