Please note the upcoming events at San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park:
The 8 Hours of Labor Gone Riding bicycle event was held last Sat, Sep 2. Approximately 200 riders participated, including 2-time Olympian, 4-time 24hr solo national champion Tinker Juarez (www.tinkerjuarez.com) who won the event. Tinker commented that he didn't think the trails were too muddy, and stated "When the rain came everyone else slowed down, but I had grip and so passed a lot of people." He also complimented us on the great park that we have here, and thanked us for our volunteer work.
