Our Putnam Blueways and Trails friends have invited us to the opening of the Lake Butler to Palatka Trail trailhead in Florahome next Sunday, June 14, from 2-5PM. The opening will include a ribbon cutting, a picnic, trail walks and trail bicycle rides. If you want to organize a separate ride on the trail, these are the available distances (other road routes are available):

... to Carraway (Roberst Lane Trailhead) = 6mi one way
... to Etoniah State Forest for 6mi of mountain biking = 3mi one way
