Last night I received several supportive emails so, I want you to know that I appreciate you and your support. I couldn't know a better group of people. Thank you.
This morning David Li met me at 5:45 AM at the start of today's planned century and together we rode out to Jonesville in the dark. On our way David marked a personal hill climbing milestone! Way to go David.
We connected with Mike Steinberg and his group at the Steeplechase Publix right on schedule and continued riding for another hour before we connected with Ed Gardner and his group just as planned. It was a beautiful morning and a extremely pleasant ride with a mix of cyclists from different GCC ride groups who were super supportive of my goal and worked very well together today.

Todd Leedy, Joe Bloom and several other great riders helped set the pace for most of the ride. I must say, they made the challenge of the headwinds much more tolerable for the rest of us. Special regards to you guys for that. Todd, it's always great to ride with you - so glad you wanted to go to Bronson!
We did a little turn around at the store in Bronson and, I think, this helped me bring my miles to an even 100 by the finish. Great job, on the Bronson route Ed, it made my plan easier for sure, as it did everyone else's.
The High Bees & the B17s unintentionally split around Archer. Ed, my apologies for that.
I finished my last 20 miles solo with a headwind and yet still managed a personal best, everyone helped me to accomplish today's century in 5-hours and 35-minutes. I am much obliged.
