I won&#39;t post this anymore, just look on the GCC Calender, but in case you didn&#39;t notice I&#39;m ad-hoc riding from the Rock (UF Campus, Turlington Plaze) at 7 a.m. (leave 7:10) on various Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for the next coupla weeks, mostly to beat the rain.  19-20 Tempo, but you&#39;re welcome to mix it up if you have training from your own agenda or TF Coach.  Team Florida riders welcome (hooked up with Clay and Matt by chance the other day and had a great time).  About 30-35 miles.<br>
