Hey y'all,
this is to clarify for those of you that are registered...We meet at main parking lot of GHS- Gainesville High School on 13th st.
We will be riding---doing alactic workout,,,arrive with bikes, gear,water bottles,,,,we will have brief lecture to explain the whys of what we are doing and then spend rest of the hour doing workouts.
