1493, the road that goes NE out of Lacrosse and connects with 18, is underwater at the low point next to the Santa Fe River bridge. At the time we encountered it, at about 11 am today, the water was flowing rapidly across the road from east to west and was about 6 inches deep at its maximum and covers about 100 feet of the road. We crossed it with no difficulty, but it is blocked, with signs, to car traffic.
