Have you ever been cycling in Marion Counties hilly horse farm country and thought

What a great place for a golf course?      Me neither….

 

But, someone did and so the Golden Ocala Golf club will host an inaugural  LPGA event this week

Featuring virtually all the top names in women’s golf.    The course is about 6 miles NW

Of Ocala off of US 27.  The event runs from Wednesday to Saturday and costs $15 daily.

 

Competing are Inbee Park, Karrie Webb, UF grad Sandra Gal, and notable Americans

Including Stacy Lewis, and Michele Wie.
