Club,<br><br>Advanced Developers meet tomorrow 7:00 a.m. (sharp departure time!) with Paul Messal&#39;s Sunrise ride.  This is a competitively paced &quot;No Drop A Ride&quot; as I like to call it.  If you are comfortable at fast ride speeds and want to mix it up with a great group of regular riders, this is your game.<br>
<br>I am nursing what appears to be a pulled psoas or groin muscle.  Was hoping to mix up again like last week--what a great chase on Mebane and what a final sprint!!! <br><br>James T<br>
