THE PLAN: We'll be doing a few more miles this week in preparation for the upcoming "Ride to Remember". The route will take us out Millhopper Rd., west on 78th to 337. We'll go through High Springs, hit Chestnut hill and head for home via Millhopper again. This will be about 30 minutes longer than our standard ride, so bring enough fluids/food. The forcast predicts that the temperature won't hit the 80's before we arrive home. I mapped the route on "Map My Ride":
http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/89278415

THE PACE: Usual Sunrise rules. Overall Average speed = 19-21 mph, regroup at most turns, no speed limit once we hit Chestnut Hill on the way in. (Back to the Chevron by ~9:30am)

THE LOWDOWN: By getting out earlier, the Sunrise rides offer less traffic, less wind, less precipitation and great company. There are no rest stops, thus maximizing our ride time. Get a 2+ hour ride in and still get home in time to take advantage of your Saturday.

If you're not currently on the Sunrise rider mailing list and would like to be, go to the members page on the GCC website, navigate to the 'My Riding' box and click the 'Join a Group' button. Hope to see everyone out there.
