Start: Williston Rd Publix Route: Thru Hawthorne to the Windsor Squash Festival (See Ed's post)

Distance: appx 50 miles (two shortcut options) or appx 3hr 30 min (not including stops)

Speed: 15-19 mph, avg 17 mph, no drop. Regroup at major turns.

What is bike ms:

Bike MS: PGA TOUR Cycle to the Shore is a two-day fundraising cycling event that benefits the North Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Participants cycle from St. Augustine to Daytona the first day and cycle back to St. Augustine from Daytona the second day. Cyclists will experience all of the beautiful scenery that North Florida has to offer, from the historic towns to the sandy beaches.
