GCC Women,

We've been challenged by the men on the Developer's Ride to a game of Chase. Half way into the ride we split into two groups, men & women (women with a head start of 3 or 4 minutes and one of their best riders) Are you up to the challenge, a little Fox & Hound?

James said, and I quote, "We'll still keep our 18mph average for most of the ride, of course, and No Drop on anyone..." So let's see what we can do on the Wednesday Developer's ride. I know we already have a small group to take them up on their challenge.

Kind regards,
Jo

Wednesday--teaching ride for new and fit riders who want to learn group etiquette and safety.  Meet 6:00, leave 6:10 for 1.5 hours at 18 mph from Bike Works at Tioga Town Center.  History and Philosophy of Developers is here.  This is a no drop ride.  For secret training pre-ride info, contact me at 281-3390 (typically a two hour pre-ride easy tempo).

Thursday--graduated Developers meet with Chevron Northern Exposure Ride at 6:00.  MAKE SURE TO WARM UP AND BE READY TO RIDE HARD FROM THE GO, as this ride can often get fast from the gate.  I'm often at lactate threshold within minutes of the gun.  This is a drop ride.  Very Fast.   For secret training pre-ride info, contact me at 281-3390 (typically a one hour warm-up ride).

Regards,

James Thompson
