Since so many have asked (and forgive my caps button not working):

"Secret training" refers in the gcc case to unannounced rides that do not go on the list and are not covered by insurance.  these are sometimes rides that leave before announced/official rides ("pre-rides").  the reason they are unannounced is because they are designed and leave according to the typically few people who respond to them.  since they are pre-rides, they are typically easy tempo endurance pace, in this case, about 17-19 mph.

[btw, In regular parlance, "secret training" is training you do alone off the team schedule so you can have one up on everyone.]

sorry i missed the one today, i was sore from running for the first time in a few months, tomorrow's secret training (and today and tomorrow's announced rides) are on.
