Workout: Stamina & Core
Cheese Wheelers group is meeting at 6:00pm tonight for a 6:05 start time. This will be a workout of about 50-60 minutes and will consist of an HIIT session that will help improve stamina during elevated ride efforts. Emphasis will be on maintaining an elevated heart rate and I will mix in abdominal and upper body exercises. I will be bringing a 10 pound medicine ball and if you have one, feel free to bring it.
