Workout: Recovery & Core

Cheese Wheelers group is meeting at 6:00pm tonight for a 6:05 start time. This will be a workout of about 45 minutes and will consist of a moderate session that will help in recovery after this weekend's rides. Emphasis will be on easy legs, lower heart rate and the abdominal core. No sprinting or hard bleacher sessions. Just a moderate workout to keep the heart rate in a slightly elevated range for about 45 minutes and flush the muscles.
