Dear Folks,<br><br>Roger Pierce and Diann Dmitri have been kind enough over the years to hold a variety of volunteer and organizational meetings at their house, but we are trying to spread out the work a little.  <br><br>So, we need the following:<br>
<br>1. A permanent location where, four times a year (we&#39;ve changed our news operation as of last night&#39;s Board meeting--more on that later), we can meet at your house for about two hours to fold envelopes.  You don&#39;t need to provide food or beverage or anything like that.  The location needs to be somewhere along the University Avenue/Newberry Road corridor, no further than a mile off those roads either way.  This is entirely to serve my transportation needs, and it is where most of our members/volunteers live. <br>
<br>2.  A regular group of people we can call upon when the time comes to fold newspapers.  If you already contacted me during the last folding, I have your name in this regard.   We only actually need three people to do the work, and I&#39;m assuming the person whose house we are at will help, but I like having a pool to draw on.  We have a rather large volunteer list in the database, but I get better response from this list.<br>
<br>3.  Someone with a motor vehicle who can take the newsletters to the post office the next day.  I&#39;ll go the first few times and help you.  We have a plush acct with USPS, so you wouldn&#39;t need to pay for anything and get reimbursed.  This is part of the equation that is difficult for me as I have no car.<br>
