How truly impressive the Gainesville Cycling Club's turn out is for this year's National Bike Challenge!

221 riders as we approach the end of May. Astounding.

You all are to be roundly congratulated!

Such a simple act, logging the rides we all do anyway and encouraging each other to participate, but collectively an act that is raising awareness as to the truly amazing amount of cycling that goes on in Gainesville, FL.

As National leaders of the challenge for the second year in a row, the profile of the GCC is rising.

So keep on riding and logging those miles -- a great indication to so many who left their bikes behind in childhood that something special, even potentially transformative, might be right there in front of them, everyday, in the form of two-wheels-no-motor.

And if you've been on the fence about joining -- there is no better time than in the next 24 hours, after which no May rides can be logged. Be part of the team that is leading the way!
