Yes, use Ride with GPS app. You can create the route on your computer and then have it on the app. There is a free version and a paid version. I can't remember if you can get turned by turn directions on the free version. I don't think you can, but it's an excellent app. Personally, I map my routes on Garmin connect and use the Garmin app on my phone to send it to the Garmin computer. But Ride with GPS is excellent too.
