Greetings one and all,

I write on behalf of the GCC Board as GCC President to hereby issue the clarion call for volunteers for this year's Gainesville Cycling Festival, set for Oct 26-27!

This is the main event our club holds each year, so it is how our club presents itself to riders from other places. A well-supported ride at the festival speaks well of our club.

Compared to previous years, we currently have fewer volunteers signed up. There remains need for additional club members on both days to help staff rest stops.

If you have been meaning to volunteer, the time to step forward is now. If you haven't, please give this serious consideration, your help would be greatly appreciated.

There are perks to volunteering! All volunteers will get a free festival t-shirt and can ride on the other day of the 2-day festival.

To Register, sign-in to the Members Area and click on the “Sign Up!” button in the center column. Volunteers, WAIT until your volunteer assignment is shown in the right hand column in the Members Area.
