Btw, for financial transactions, don't discount the power of Square. You can take credit cards on your phone and the reader is basically free. Walgreens has the readers for $10 but you get a $10 rebate that is instantly credited.

I use it frequently and the service is convenient and payment is prompt. Plus the transaction fees are less than most credit card merchant accounts.

Oh yes: quite a number of cycling jerseys and one Saturn Pro Team wind vest, all men's medium, plus three lightly used skinsuits, all men's medium.

Hello fellow club members,

Jayson, thanks very much for coordinating this! For those of you thinking about whether to attend, I thought I might get the ball rolling on some specific items for sale, namely those coming with me. Among other things:

a barely used pair of Sidi Spider mountain bike shoes, size 43;
a Stans ZTR Crest 29er rear wheel, light use, set up for tubeless use;
a Kurt Kinetic (naturally moving motion) stationary trainer with Cycle Ops riser block;
6 Yakima bike mounts (4 long tray rear wheel/fork attachment mounts, 2 non-tray mounts);

An array of Time, Crank Bros and Wellgo clipless pedals; several 1 1/8/31.8 stems of various lengths, 8-10 alloy and carbon mountain bike handlebars, one pair 42cm drop bars, one 18" aluminum 26" wheel mountain bike frame in excellent condition.

For smaller items I will have plenty of change on hand. For the shoes, trainer, etc. I will have PayPal access via my phone (thanks to JOM for suggesting that). Everything is reasonably priced to move.

See you in the morning--

Hello everyone,

Firstly, thank you for signing up for the second Gainesville Velo Swap.  All money raised from booth rental will be donated to our host, the Boys and Girls Club of Alachua.

Swap Layout

Swap Location
2700 NW 51st St, Gainesville, FL 32606

Unfortunately, we had a couple of last minute cancellations, so the booth numbers are down on what I had originally hoped for.  On the positive, this enabled me to spread everyone out a bit more.  I am expecting some last minute signups, which hopefully will take up the slack a little.  It will take time to grow this event into something sizable, so I really appreciate everyone making the effort to participate.

Tables
The original plan was for everyone to be supplied with one table per booth.  However, there was a scheduling error at the Boys and Girls club on Friday, which left me with only 13 tables to distribute. I've laid them out in rough order, but they are pretty much first come first serve.  With that said, I hope some of you will consider bringing along your own table(s).

Load-In Time
Sellers, please arrive between 7:30am - 9:00am.  Seller parking is on the East side of the building. Load access is at the North East corner of the building.  Rest room facilities are on-site.

Seller Tips
Mark your sale items with prices, or be prepared to accept offers, even if they are lowball :).  Bring change, preferably smaller bills.  If you have bigger ticket items for sale, you may need to accept electronic payment, such as Paypal.  If that's the case, bring your smart phone along!

Buyers
Buyers will be arriving at 9:00am, until the swap closes down at 1:00pm.

If you have any questions, please drop me a message.  I look forward to seeing everyone early on Sunday morning!

Regards,

Jayson
