A few years ago we started a Monday night get together at BHG Stadium for a little cross training.  Numbers have dwindled from 30 or so down to 2-3, and that's not much fun. 

Here's the scoop.  We get together for a one hour (yes, only one hour) of cardio redline.  All levels welcome, super knowledgeable and supportive participants help guide you along.  We do 3-4 different activities-- it is not just monotony of climbing stairs. 

We get done with shaky legs and stronger hearts, and we all had a good time.

We meet by the big alligator outside of BHG's north end zone.  It is a wonderful workout for anyone wishing to improve their speed, explosiveness or overall cardio. 

Meet by 6:15, start at 6:30, done by 7:30.  All are welcome.
