Please join me on Monday, April 7th from 11:00-11:30 at the Sun Center downtown as Alachua County Emerging Leaders, GCC, and other community groups celebrate the ribbon-cutting that will officially dedicate 2 new public bicycle pumps that have been installed near the Hippodrome.

GCC was among the donors, and contributed $200 to help fund the installation of 2 DERO Air Kit 3 air pumps near Boca Fiesta, by the Hippodrome. These heavy-duty public bike pumps are described as follows:  "The Air Kit 3 is designed for heavy-duty, repeated public use. The waterproof gauge and burly construction mean that this pump will continue to work long after others have failed."

The pumps are now installed, and ready to use.   Come out and show your support for making Gainesville a more bikeable community!
