We're in an exciting time of growth in our organization and we're looking to find someone with talent and drive to help continue to build our organization in the role of Executive Director. You likely know us as a small, tactical restoration non-profit which provides high-level educational and community based restoration services and courses. 

The position we offer is a unique transitional role which will offer on-the-job training in the role of Assistant Director while learning from our dedicated staff and board. Within 6 months, it is anticipated the Associate Director will be promoted to the Executive Director role, allowing the current ED (Lech Naumovich) to take on a Director of Restoration Science role with the organization.
