The results are in! We are so thankful for the time and effort that the 175 volunteers from the UC Master Gardener program, California Native Plant Society, Eastern Kern County Resource Conservation District, Imperial County Agricultural Commissioner's Office, and Marin Audubon spent collecting data at retail nurseries throughout the state. We've summarized the survey results in this Fact Sheet, and if you love graphs, you'll enjoy the Full Report

If you've ever wanted to know more about how we decide what plants to survey for, how we add plants to the Plant List, and how we use the survey results, we've written a blog post to explain it all.

It looks like the message around invasive plants is spreading, with Mexican feathergrass specifically mentioned in this Los Angeles Times article. Please forward this email and share our Plant List and Mexican feathergrass Species Spotlight with those who care about planting right.

Thank you so much!
