Good morning,
I am writing to ask for your help in distributing the attached job announcement widely.
The Stanislaus National Forest will be accepting applications for summer Wilderness Ranger positions based in Pinecrest, California (1.5 north of Yosemite Valley). Competitive applicants will have some experience backpacking as well as some relevant college level course work and/or wilderness work experience. Interested individuals should view the attached flyer for the job announcement number on usajobs.gov. The job will be posted on the website from January 6-12 only, and applications must be submitted on the website by January 12th. A separate announcement for wilderness internships will be sent in mid-January for those interested who have less experience.
Thank you!
