Hello there! My name is Rachel Lubitz, and I am contacting you on behalf of the South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL),a watershed conservation non profit based out of Nevada City, California.

 

As their River Education Manager, I wanted to pass along a posting for one of our open positions- River Science Project Manager- to local ecology studies undergraduate and graduate programs, conservation based organizations, environmental stewardship Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and the like, as our team should represent environmentalists across the state of California. 

 

The position involves wrapping up data collection at our restoration sites; working with the Tahoe National Forest to plan a few new projects in the North Yuba, and managing the Van Norden Meadow Restoration Project.
