Preparing for the 2020 Census
N4A recently held a webinar about the importance of the census to our network; here is the
webinar PowerPoint. The guest speaker was from AgeOptions in Illinois. They have a
fantastic
website where they consolidated census documents relevant to the aging network. Some are specific to Illinois, but they also contain easy to do awareness raising activities, including:

Add a handout from census.gov to every consumer packet, in-person visit, support group or class.
·
Add a slide about the census to every community presentation done by your agency.
