The disability and aging organizations that have led the work on Supported Decision-Making in the state are offering a free training to advocates, consumers, and professionals on February 28 in Madison at the Park Hotel. Lunch will be provided. We currently
have 255 people signed up, but we have space for 350. Please share the registration flyer attached and the registration link below with your teams and disseminate widely to your respective colleagues in the state.
Registration deadline is February 21.
