That's a good catch Denis. It clearly is a comet!
This object was discovered on 2025 January 2 at Mt. Lemmon:

It is in a cometary orbit and it gets to a distant perihelion (5.34 au)
in 2027 March in but it has not shown any signs of cometary activity up
to now. It is well-placed for observation from the UK moving very slowly
through Lynx and images over the next few weeks would allow us to track
its behaviour. Please obtain magnitude estimates in a 9 arcsec radius if
you can. It is around 18th magnituxde.
