It is now almost two weeks since the Comet and Meteor Section meeting in
Edinburgh. We had a great, if rather stormy, weekend and the meeting was

My thanks to all of the speakers and to the Astronomical Society of
Edinburgh who were fantastic hosts. My thanks also to the Augustine
United Church who provided an excellent venue, right in the centre of
Edinburgh.

The meeting was recorded on the very impressive venue A/V system and I
have just received the files so I'll start to upload the talks. This
will take a week or two since I need to extract them from the feed but

If you attended the meeting I hope that you enjoyed it. If you didn't

We tend to have a section meeting every couple of years. The last three
have been in York, Greenwich and Edinburgh and each one was supported by
a very capable local society. If you have any thoughts for a possible
venue for 2027 please let me know.
