Good to hear from you.

This weekend is my only opportunity to get CT finished, off my desk and
out for review until, probably, early July. That means that, if I can't
finish it this weekend, it will be delayed by a month or more and that
isn't fair on the other authors.

Monday is a public holiday here. If you can get me your article by first
thing Monday morning UK time I may be able to include it but that
depends on how much editing it requires so I can guarantee anything. If
you are willing to take the risk then go ahead and work on it over the
weekend. If, in the end, I can't include it, then we can hold it over
for the next edition.
