As an AT privacy and security researcher, I’m curious how you are addressing privacy in your workshop since much of IEP information is covered by the FERPA law?

How are you differentiating between the type of information to use with AI models (what is covered/not covered information under FERPA)?

Does the workshop explain how the different AI models in this list have varying privacy protections (not all of them have HIPAA/FERPA privacy protections)?
