Hi all! Has anyone else experienced Everway just removing access to all of your Snap and Read/CoWriter tools? When we met on the zoom meeting with the company they shared we would continue to have access into July. I returned from our winter recess to find everything has been disabled including my admin console. I have been in communication with my rep since Tuesday of last week when we realized what was going on and was told it would be restore. As of today, I STILL do not have access to these tools despite multiple emails and follows up from me! I was curious if this problem is unique to my district or if others encountered this as well. To say I am frustrated would be an understatement.
