Hello, I am looking for someone who can do an evaluation for computer access for a relative of a friend. This person lives near East Moriches on Long Island. She is a retired teacher who has a number of physical issues that is interfering with her being successful accessing and using the computer. The issues could include some eye-hand, hand control, and some vision problems. The person can communicate, write, type, and can get around on the computer but frequently gets confused and frustrated if something doesn’t go the way she expects, forgets a password, and has trouble typing in passwords and two-factor authorization. She mainly uses the computer for web browsing and email. She will need an in home evaluation with her computer. If anyone has a recommendation thank you in advance.
